no grip at e3?

I was expecting to see grip at e3 especially since it will be released soon, but to my surprise I did not, at this period of the year any game appearance could make a huge difference on the public whether be it a trailer or a release, plus more surprises could get bonuses.

I'm I the only one who feels like gears are completely out of place in grip, I mean this is the future and they didn't even get rid of gears?! like even today all electric cars are one geared, sure the car is jet powered and all but still that same power can be somehow be transferred to the wheels.....

a few ideas came by me, the first was a small video tutorial box being shown with a text viewing tricks and demonstrations of any subtle passage of a track, before or during the race, the other is a virtual green (or white to match hud) track line which shows you the right path with maybe some symbo...

I think we don't necessarily need a whole new police cars we can just use a modified version of the already existing cars painted in black and white and with cool emergency lights and a futuristic sounding siren. This would be a good start, I'm totally into this mode.

Alright the game is a top notch high end piece of engeneering at this moment, I'm quiet satisfied with the gameplay it already provides, but I feel it craves for lore, drama, and humane dimension. I think a Need for Speed style story telling would fit nicely in grip just like in the original rollcag...

I kinda feel like reactors are not hot enough, maybe some more blur effects on them would make them look better especially at high speeds ;)

I know that the cars behave like normal cars and that they accelerate through the power of traction of the wheels but what if the jet engines do actually provide thrust independently from that of the wheels this could actually give the option of maintaining your speed while in mid air, I like the id...
