Allow the blue electrical barriers to let people back into the track area when you've tumbled outside

As per title: sometimes you end up fumbling around so bad that you can end up behind the blue barriers on certain parts of the track. You could reset your position, but i wonder if someone else finds the urge to be able to just drive through them to get back on the track.

Also, maybe this is lame, but for the sake of the metal sharpnel flying all over the place, maybe the exterior components of the car might respawn after some time, so you can still get them to explode again later on. Maybe the external armour can grow over time thanks to nanobots. This is for racing...

My mother wanted to make a trip to Bretagne and Normandie (is that correct?) a few years ago, but sadly we didn't make it past the planning phase. Ill let you know if we organize again! :)

Instead of #fundgrip it should be #playgrip though now, since we're coming to early access ;) Also, if they're inputting their own custom words, how will that spread the word of GRIP? I see what you did there.

But actually the unreal engine has a good bump mapping functionality for the shaders, so you can simulate tridimensional-like rendering while still using a 2D texture.
