Random position change

Racing Alhatra/Fig 8 on max (max laps, power, no assist etc..) In first place only to randomly be in 10th place. yes, this may well be where the discoinnect is coming from as I never had any issues playing Rollcage with my keyboard. Same goes for grip up to 1.0.4. Could always do very well and game/cars felt perfect. 105 changed all that and there is still a hold over of it with 106 even though it is better. ...

Using the keyboard will certainly have a bearing on this. I literally can't play Rollcage on keyboard, and I was one of the devs on the damn thing. For real control you need an analog controller, certainly if you're interested in winning. Keyboard is of course usable, but I for one find it more dif...

I'm confused about this feedback, as we've not changed the steering characteristics since 1.0.3, and we even upped the grip post-crash in 1.0.6. Cars feel better but it's hard to tell if that's just a 'no high engine setting' thing. Still feels like a lot of under-steer, especially at low speeds but the real issue now is that slow acceleration+unresponsive steering. Did that. Still not working. Also deleted the game, re-installed (removed the 'Privet' tag from the game, so I guess we're live) but still the same issue.

Can't Launch Game

As of today (2nd Feb) and after a seemingly small update, I can't launch the game. I get a small steam box pop up every few secs saying "Preparing to launch Grip". I verified the install but nothing changes. Is this part of the EA version going up today? or am I having a new issue? Thanks ...

Yep, this is so annoying, to be upfront, be forced to reset 'coz you got multi-assassinated on the bridge, and be half way down the field because the game has essentially sent you back a lap.

As suggested, fans doing their thing would be cool, but how about having those quarter circles shifting to a different quadrant in a semi regular pattern so you have to adapt to where a gap will be by the time you arrive. Noticed this too, and interestingly, the issues I had with 1.0.5 cars being uncontrolable spin-out machines goes away with catch up on and this slightly slower speed. is this a bug that's making those with it on feel like 1.0.5 cdars are great and those with it off or not experiencing this are the p...

Ok, lets start with the good. New Figure 8 is amazing. I love everything you have done to that track in terms of race lines and buildings. Short-cut choice feels like a choice now.the only change I'd ask for is to change the flare track guide colour to green as it's to easy to confuse them for mines...
