Collision Issues on Alhatra Wastes

Hi there, loving the new update. I assume the private beta is still a later version than the Steam early access version, so still using it.

Just a couple of collision issues on this track:

Summary of the bug : The vehicle (occasionally AI too) is able to fall through the road near the start of the track.

Which version of Grip were you using :
1.0.5.0

When does this happen : While racing, often after driving up the hills just before the road

On which track did it happen : Alhatra Wastes

On which speed did that happen (if related to physics) : Any speed, it seems

How often does this happen : Whenever the car is in a vertical position (facing straight up or down). Sometimes works at least at a 45% angle

How to replicate the steps (if reproducible) : Get your car somewhat vertical, run up the hills or drive up the edge of the fence.

Your specs : Happens on multiple computers

Also, I drove head-on into an AI racer and it pushed me under the road.


The other issue is just that you can drive through this edge of the road near the start:

Can confirm, the bridge is super jank at the moment. Easy to fall through it near the edges, resetting on or near it drops you through the bridge and you lose like a third of a lap

Yep, this is so annoying, to be upfront, be forced to reset 'coz you got multi-assassinated on the bridge, and be half way down the field because the game has essentially sent you back a lap.

Thanks, I tested it a bit and looks like it works fine. My wheels did clip through the road a little bit but that might be a separate issue.

They clipped through the concrete road? That shouldn't be happening
