Laptop MSi GE60 2PC

Specs:

Win 10 64Bit
GTX850M (2GB DDR5)
Intel Core i7-4710HQ
8 gb DDR3
120 GB SSD (Samsung 840 Evo) SATA 3

Settings:

Res: 1080p
AA: TXAA
AF: 16x
AO: on
Shadows: epic
Effects: epic
Textures: epic
Post Process: epic
Motion Blur: epic

Performance:

Average fps: 30
Lowest fps: 17

Notes:
Lowest FPS when other cars are nearby. FPS also get slowly lower the longer the game goes on. Maybe some leftover objects (like bullets) don't get cleaned up from the engine/game? (to many objects to render)

Even if those bullets were to persist (does the game even have models for bullets?), occlusion culling would make it a moot point anyway.
I think your laptop is being thermally throttled. You can check with any monitoring software you like (MSI Afterburner fanboy here).

If there is any themal throtteling going on then it is the CPU, but not the GPU. I'm pretty sure. And I don't have any slow frame drops in other games.

Bullets definitely don't have any kind of physical model. The bug I reported actually demonstrate it. It's just an animation, nothing more.

Maybe it has to do with objects shattering in multiple debris. But Chris said he was going to make them disappear after some time, so if it's the issue, then it should fix it.

I'm not experiencing any kind of FPS decrease throughout the game though

The FPS decrease only happens in the Biodome after a few cars got ejected.
