Guys, are you still alive?
I just wondering if GRIP does't follow the fate of Wreckfest

They are alive, but progress is slow, because they are a small dev. team.
Science WINS again!!!
Then they opened a portal to another dimension and kidnapping the locals.
The pissed locals are head enough and strike back.
and then... ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE

Check the SteamDB, I'm stalking them on it and they updated almost every branch yesterday, so if that's so, they should actually be correcting few bugs before putting on private branch and then, after we said to them how awesome it is, they will release on the public one, shouldn't take long since now I think ;)

Pretty much what's happening, yeah.

Never underestimate how hard these guys are working, and especially to make sure what they release to the public isn't a step backwards.

I think they rewrote their whole engine and that took a long time.
Also there are always some people playing in Multiplayer and it is a lot of fun.

But they need a lot of time to release new contend, while the caged element guys are damn fast in releasing new stuff

IMO they just ruin a game with upcoming updates. Bots cheat too much, performance is awful, physics is way far from Flatout. Also Bugbear are about to become bankrupt, so they can leave Wreckfest developing at any second

New patch is coming very soon. As stated, all we're doing right now is working hard to make the game play more stable, which means a lot of physics work, which is the hardest thing of all.

This next patch will not be content-rich, but the improvements in driving and visuals should be quite noticeable. Plus you get to play with the EMP

Well, I'd say any improvement to physics is a content-rich update, as it multiplies how enjoyable everything else is ;)

I'm still hoping for a "cockpit view" such as when you finish the race and you see the the view between front wheels (feels like a podracer)

Your soul would not be prepared for it. You need to embrace it first

See, 700kph would be slow if a Neo mode were to return. Which I would like. A LOT. Loving the new update though. I've, uhhh, played it, and, uhhhhh, well...

You know how Rollcage Stage 2 had the track Corners? I was playing the latest update and made a comment about how I spent a good proportion of my time practising ballet manoeuvres. And now I have a recording of a corners level of quality of the song used in the Dance of Destruction trailer.

If I'm ready for Ng++ Dark souls then I'm prepared for anything

oh, and this: http://i.imgur.com/48TbbKA.jpg is what I call cockpit view, I don't like front camera that much :P

The podracer cockpit view from the replay is really a must have. Please enable this view for the race as well.

We'll get some better camera views in the game, just a matter of time. Many things to do

You guys need to show snaps of norvos track and tell music compositors to create some icecold harsh music :^)
