Exactly! Sometimes it happens that a game or movies comes out in like 5 or 10 different versions. If the super limited with sugar on top version is much better this maybe leads to the same feeling, not getting the full the real experience. Or if you know that a game is better in other countrys and the one that you are allowed to buy sucks therefore (very common experince for german gamers). Can lead to illegal downloading, more or less illegal mailorders and often to just not buying. In 99% of these cases not the fault of the developers.

Bottom Line: exclusive contents are a tightrope walk.

Indeed, a tightrope.

It's a very controversial subject, and whichever way we go, some people will be angry.

Regardless, the stuff that we've deemed exclusive for our early supporters should be exclusive, at least for a duration (if we make it available for newer players).

Also, not sure if everyone realizes this, but the first version of GRIP on Steam is exclusive to the early supporters on our site. The public version will be coming afterwards. So there are perks associated with supporting us early

Also, big news... Rob has successfully fixed a bad physics bug that had been plaguing us for a long time. Car drives great now.

I can't quite make out what's written there...
"WARNING: The potato systems are blah blah blah CPU explode."?

Also good on Rob for restricting the "unintended emerging feature".

would be a neat little detail if the ring from the explosion would reflect the actual radius in wich cars are affected by the explosion :D

"WARNING: The particle system has no fixed bounding box and--" yeah, I can't read any more than that.

It's a feature! Just how many other racing games feature mathematically flat explosions? Our cars drive so fast the shockwaves just compress those booms to look like two dimensional sprites! Freakin cool!

In all seriousness though, its looking wonderful so far. Keep up the great work!
