I liked R-5 too, could be interesting with double backwheels.

thanks! btw I am loving the tank car you've been working on. awesome

It reminds me of a game called lego drome racers (anyone?)
But I think R-5 looks too fat for a sporty or fast look.
I think it looks better in the rough polygon models than the paintover.
But I love the light-weight look of the R-2.
Could you try keeping most of the R-2 and place the rear exhaust and the wheels of the R-5 on there?
Might get the lightweight and fast look I would love from it.
wantfastcars wrote:Wait, is the side with the center-wheel the front or the back? With four wheels PLUS the fifth the fifth looks kinda like it was just bolted on to the front. I really do think it'd look better as a three-wheeler a la the T-Rex (http://i.imgur.com/p7z1VmC.jpg), but if you're dead-set on five, maybe try aligning/reducing the offset them so it's 2 in the front, 3 in the back rather than 2 in the front, 2 in the middle, and 1 in the back.
wantfastcars wrote:Actually, the more I look at R-4, the more I like it. That's kind of what I was getting at with the suggestions I was making for R-5, just with a slimmer rear.
