Perhaps, but there are already two perfectly awesome 'Tank' class designs on the Kickstarter page. I would not want this new idea to replace the existing proto-type 'Tank' vehicles on the Kickstarter page as they are really well made models.

I like how the new car designs are very detailed, but im missing the indicator for the cockpit. Some glass that shows: hey here sits your driver. even when this windom is totally useless for the driver. It just looks more vivid. You could also have a cupola like on tanks that could suit the more heavy cars. All the cars from rc1/2 had there windscreen and i liked their designs.

I liked this of all concept arts the most.

I agree definitely, I would rather have the cars featured in the Kickstarter page as 'Tank Class' designs. But then again i'm not opposed to it either as long we do not have more than one vehicle with tank tracks. My Rollcage purism is showing...:D

The designs on the Kickstarter page are by no means guaranteed to be converted into ingame vehicles, but they ARE damn pretty.

Just want to make sure we have a variety of vehicles, and ones that don't all look like they were made by humans necessarily

I like it, but still think there needs to be wheels on the front for steering :)

Hello!

I wanted to see what a 3 wheeled GRIP car would look like so I threw in this draft in literally 15 minutes.
I could clean it up, but Im not sure how I feel about it.

Also, looking forward to this game!

Play Firebugs :^)

Rendering stuff without noise in cycles (the renderer he used) takes days. I don't blame him for putting the render quality down a few notches :p

Joke aside, I think it could be interesting to see it in GRIP.
I'm wondering how the driving physics would behave though with such a model.

You know we're gonna have to get a wheelbarrow mod for GRIP now.

Love the passion guys, keep the designs coming ;)

No guarantee that anything like them will be in the game, but it's awesome to see your ideas.

Great, now I've got to make a new backing tier with a disco wheelbarrow...

Imagine the 18 wheeler as a huge worm like design, or like a train. Taking up shitloads of space, making it difficult for others to pass around.
Make one player overpowered, as in a train or 18 wheeler, make the others destroy him. Like... the crazy levels in Split/Second where you have to overtake 18 wheelers, or little bit like in Evolve, where 4 players hunt down one overpowered beast.
