Racing, offroading, etc. ITT

Postby Sceptre » Thu Dec 03, 2015 3:45 am

Anyone else here that enjoys any hobbies in racing, tuning, offroading, or whatever else about cars IRL?

I'm an offroading addict. I grew up going to the sand dunes, trying to fix budget dirtbikes, and lately wish I had the money to get into rallying.
I haven't had a lot of chances to do much in the past few years though, I really miss it. :?

tfw you can't afford a sand car

That's funny, because even though I'm a passionate for Rollcage and Grip, I don't give a damn about cars irl.
I have my good old (a bit rusty) bicycle, and it's enough for me :D

And I can't stand realistic race simulators, or games like Need for Speed where you have to tune your car..
Because I'm even more boring than Broscar -> Rules of the GRIP forum
Check out the sign-ups for the Rollcage Neo-mode Tournament 2017, starting 15th April !

And with a rusty wrench
God created the french

Haha, not me, I love them. Any time I can't do it irl, I need to get the fix somehow.
Dirt Rally is currently the go-to for me right now, can't get enough of that tuning. Mmmmmm. ;)
But I was raised around working on cars and whatnot, so I guess it carried over that way.
