Well it was not meant as an insult man, just an observation to lack of "total driving" feel.

I think anyone sucks in Neo mode against you lot anyway, but at least you are only having to wait 20-30 seconds now for me to finish after you guys finish :)

I haven't read all of it, but here's what I like to see:

The Total campaign, but every car that finishes instantly does not result in points anymore.
What you could also do is hang a points modifier to your speed. Grip is a racing game, it's about high speed and explosions, the faster you are going the more points you'll get. You could even add your lap-time to the mix and if anyone has a lap-time greater than 2,5 times the average (depending on the map, short maps would need a bigger number) your points earned are reduced.
This ensures that players do not wait to finish and just blow up buildings or shoot finished players/stick around with an unfinished player to shoot each other for points and win from already finished players.

You could also allow finished players to keep going, and allow them to keep earning points for destruction (again only if they keep moving and not hang around the finish line shooting each other/unfinished racers).

I think there should be a bonus for having all raptor bullets hit a target of some sort. high enough where it's a great reward for doing something really difficult but low enough where it won't add too much.
I didn't even know what was in the splatter pack before I bought it.

Well agree with almost everything except one, I think the average speed are a little bit too higher because I'm actually not so much at 600 (is it in mph or kmh?)khm on the different tracks (OK, I'm bad but that's not the point :3). So maybe 600 plus should be replace by 550 plus and lower like you did ;)

Chart looks good, but as Similii said the maximum speeds might need to be dialed down a little. From the video's I've seen so far the maximum speed was around 350? Even with higher tiers mixed in you would have only a few maps on Velocity levels and high-tier vehicles that would reach that.

Well balanced.
I would totally add points for the number of roll barrels one would land... because GRIP racers do show off ! ;)
(smaller car tier with more air control would gain an advantage here)

Yeah I get your point, though air control is rather limited and, let's face it, roll barrels aren't always voluntary. Trying to land some on purpose could very well result in spins and failure (risk vs reward plays fine into account here!).

Hence why I think rewarding lucky (light touch of randomness)/insanely gifted players isn't such a bad idea. Then, there only needs be only few points attributed per roll (say 5).

A simple thing for making sure that it's not a "death match". When 1st player finishes, other player gradually start losing points until they finish. This along with the average speed would solve the entire issue completely.

It was kinda like this in NFS carbon with the speedtrap events (people plz don't hate on me for mentioning this game ;) )
